In the first episode of the 14th season of Greys Antomy , Meredith's team will focus on helping Owen's sister after her shocking comeback, and Amelia faces a conflict over a patient. Meanwhile, Bailey is forced to renovate the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital after the fire, and doctors are introduced to some new faces that will accentuate the drama inside and outside the operating room.

A new member joins the cast; Stefania Spampinato as Carina, the sister of Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) and Kim Raver, returns in his role as Teddy Altman.
